Travel

 

In most instances, buyers residing within Greater London will not be applicable for travel. However, if your office is based in London and you'll be travelling to the show with a group, please email hosted@themeetingsshow.com to enquire about a taxi transfer.

All cancellations must be notified in writing and must be acknowledged by the hosted buyer team at Centaur Travel Group to be effective. If the cancellation is notified after 5 May 2018, a cancellation fee of £350.00 will be charged; this will include the full cost of the trip, including accommodation and an administration fee. Accommodation

 

Buyers who work within the Greater London area will not be eligible for accommodation but can take full advantage of the onsite benefits of being a hosted buyer.

Hosted Buyers attending the show for two days are required to attend eight 15 minute pre-scheduled appointments per day of attendance. Hosted Buyers attending the show for one day are required to attend six 15 minute pre-scheduled appointments.
